Bikes bring smiles.

Bicycles for Humanity began in September 2005 with the simple aim of enabling people to raise funds and collect unwanted bicycles to send to reliable partners in developing countries.[1] In Portland, Bikes For Humanity PDX (B4HPDX) is a local, public charity project providing affordable refurbished bicycles to riders of all economic backgrounds.[2]

In addition to their volunteer repair clinics on Tuesdays and Saturdays, B4HPDX provides professional bike repair curriculum, tools, and shop space for volunteers to learn and work on refurbishing donated bikes.
