Hello Portland! I hope you are having an awesome Holiday Season and that you are going to have a happening New Year's Eve. Are any of you making a health & fitness goals for 2012? I just wanted to give you some quick tips on making some of those resolutions. I don't recommend making all of your goals health & fitness related, but make at least one of them. I would like for you to write your goals in the present tense and put them somewhere so that you can see them the first thing in the morning and when you go to bed. This may sound corny, but the more you see it and it lingers in your mind, the more influenced you will be in making those goals come to fruition. Also, tell your goals to friends & colleagues who will hold you accountable in achieving those goals, but will also be supportive.
