Summary

The Amor Lounge is now Knuckleheads, a neighborhood bar popular with motorcycle enthusiasts.

The Amor Lounge was a bar in the Foster-Powell neighborhood of Portland, on Foster and 62nd. Although decidedly Middle Eastern in theme, it offered evening events spanning from live Belly Dancing to American sporting events on the big-screen television. The establishment was run by the same family from 1980 (when it was called Amor El-Khayam Restaurant) to 2011, although with a hiatus from 1995-2009 during which the venue was closed and after which it reopened in a new location a few blocks from the previous.
