Cartopia is a is a food cart hub at 12th & Hawthorne in Inner Southeast. Some of the carts include:
- Potato Champion - Belgian fried potatoes, poutine
- El Brasero - Mexican
- Perierra Crêperie - crêpes
- Whiffies - fried savory pies
- Yarp?!
- Pyro Pizza
A block to the southwest on SE 11th & Clay is a smaller food cart location.
Nearby are the 10, 14, and 70 bus lines.
