The Lloyd District is a neighborhood in Northeast Portland. It is bounded on the north by Broadway Avenue, east by NE 16th, south by Interstate 84, and west by the Willamette River. It is the location of the Oregon Convention Center, the Rose Quarter, and the Lloyd Center mall.
