The Pearl District is a neighborhood in Northwest Portland. It is bounded on the north by the Willamette River, on the east by NW Broadway, on the south by W. Burnside, and on the west by Interstate 405. It is considered to be a very affluent and trendy neighborhood, featuring many art galleries and high-end retail shops.
