Purpose
- Portland people concerned with police accountability issues
- If you haven't gone down yet to Council to speak, it is worth giving them a piece of your mind for 3 minutes so they know that it's not just the same few folks who attend review board hearings that care about these issues.
In fact, the review board issue so dominated the last hearing that there was barely any discussion of the Chief's requests to, for example, have more "flexibility" to use more serious levels of force than what the community is asking for.
