Welcome to the Portland Civic Wiki. One of the best ways to build community is to welcome people when they are new. Please feel free to welcome new people. We all will learn the community norms and simple technology of the wiki as we grow this place.
To welcome a new person, add {{subst:Welcome}} on their talk page.
As wikis are about people, people, technology and people - one of the first things we like to do is welcome people to this space - welcome to the WikiOhana!
