Richard Meeker is the publisher of the Willamette Week weekly paper.
Meeker graduated from University of Oregon School of Law in 1974. Soon after graduation, he came to work for the Willamette Week as a writer. In 1983, along with editor Mark Zusman, he bought the Willamette Week. As of 2009, Meeker and Zusman still own the paper.
