Southeast Powell Boulevard is a major east-west arterial running through Southeast Portland. It begins at the east end of the Ross Island Bridge and terminates in Gresham after meeting with E Burnside Street; the street itself continues in lesser form under the name of SE Powell Valley Road. Although Powell snakes at parts to the north and to the south, it is generally the 3500 block in Southeast (meaning that it is 35 blocks south of Burnside).
