It begins at the east end of the [[Ross Island Bridge]] and terminates in [[Gresham]] after meeting with [[E Burnside Street]]; the street itself continues in lesser form under the name of [[SE Powell Valley Road]]. Although Powell snakes at parts to the north and to the south, it is generally the 3500 block in Southeast (meaning that it is 35 blocks south of Burnside).
