Tom McCall Waterfront Park is a park on the west bank of the Willamette, host to many festivals and events.

History

Much of what is now Tom McCall Waterfront Park used to be the original downtown Portland. The buildings that had been there were razed in the earlier half of the 20th century and were replaced by Harbor Drive, a proto-freeway.
