Woodstock is a neighborhood in Southeast Portland. It is bounded on the north by SE Holgate, on the east by SE 60th, on the south by Johnson Creek Boulevard, and on the west by SE 39th.

The Woodstock commercial strip stretches east-west along SE Woodstock Blvd from roughly 40th Avenue to 50th Avenue, and serves locals as well as students from Reed College. Local businesses include the Delta Cafe, Laughing Planet and the Bike Gallery. There's also a branch of the Multnomah County Library.
