Made some major changes to organization, format
From Talk:Occupy Portland
Trying to get the front page as user-friendly as possibly. Reorganized some of the material, changed a lot of bold to italics, etc.
I know I should have done this in smaller steps to make it easier to roll back individual changes, but I got ahead of myself!
Please let me know if you think any of the changes are a bad idea...

If you have the time to show up to one of PortlandWiki's weekly meetups (each Monday and Wednesday), that'd be great.
Each meetup happens at The MEZZ coffee shop (NW 12th & W Burnside). We usually show up sometime between 6:30-7:00 p.m. At the very least, we can show you some more geeky wiki tricks.
