IP spam using ArticleComments

Wow, thanks for blocking all those spam IPs!
How did they get in anyway? Don't they need an account to post?
They do now! But only after applying this patch to Extension:ArticleComments, which I finally got around to doing yesterday in response to the abuse PortlandWiki got by allowing any jackass to post comments.
