| Foster-Powell is a neighborhood in [[Southeast]] Portland. The neighborhood is triangular in shape, being bounded on the north by [[SE Powell Boulevard]], on the east by [[East 82nd Avenue|SE 82nd]], and [[SE Foster Road|SE Foster]] being the hypotenuse of the triangle. Similarly, it is bounded by the 9 (Powell), 14 (Hawthorne to 50th to Foster), and 72 (82nd Ave) bus lines, with the 71 (52nd) and 17 (Holgate) bus lines passing through. Although outside of the neighborhood bounds proper, it is easy walking distance to [[Creston Park]], the park at [[Jefferson High School]], and [[Mount Tabor Park]].
