Foster-Powell is a neighborhood in [[Southeast]] Portland. The neighborhood is triangular in shape, being bounded on the north by [[SE Powell Boulevard]], on the east by [[East 82nd Avenue|SE 82nd]], and [[SE Foster Road|SE Foster]] being the hypotenuse of the triangle. Similarly, it is bounded by the 9 (Powell), 14 (Hawthorne to 50th to Foster), and 72 (82nd Ave) bus lines, with the 71 (52nd) and 17 (Holgate) bus lines passing through.
