Homestead is a small neighborhood in Southwest Portland. The entire neighborhood is located on the top of Marquam Hill, and is most notable as the home to the Oregon Science & Medical University campus.

The western portion of Homestead, above OHSU, is part of the original Donation Land Claim of John Donner, while the eastern portion was part of Elizabeth and Finice Caruthers. Donner later sold his claim to Philip Marquam, which is the source of the name Marquam Hill.
