Is psychiatric slavery practiced in [[Portland]], [[Oregon]]? Where?

Anywhere in Portland where someone is imprisoned for attempting to end one's own life, or forcibly stopped from doing so. 

Psychiatric slavery includes [[civil commitment]] and the [[insanity defense]].

[[Jails]] are for those who attempt to harm others. 

Hopefully no one will want to engage in the behavior of suicide. However, using force in coercion in the form of psychiatric slavery is not a just or moral way to attempting to bring more happiness to Earth and reduce suicides.
