The Gaufre Gourmet was a food cart located on the corner of NW 4th Avenue & Burnside. In a field on the right side just before the Old Town Chinatown lion gates.
Their specialty was a Liége Style Waffle. It is basically a Belgium waffle the size of a sandwich, with powdered sugar, and wrapped so it can be eaten by hand.
Gaufre is interesting in that it is a full restaurant scale licensed kitchen.
