Growth in itself is perhaps not necessarily a desirable outcome. Economic growth for the sake of growth may not be useful. Economic growth for the sake of mutual prosperity may be useful however, that is, to benefit both the self and others.

This wiki could be used to help grow the economy in multiple ways. 

This wiki could be used to post classifieds. This wiki could be used to post job opportunities. This wiki could be used by individuals in the Portland area to connect electronically and network electronically in order to find potential business partners. There are many ways that this wiki could be used to speed up growth and progress. Potentially, it could be used as a medium for construction proposals to be reviewed. Much of this is theoretically, but quite possible (at least in theory).
