Talk:Tyranny of the majority
This page is copied directly from Wikipedia. While I think that the subject is interesting and important, I think that the originating link would be better served by having a direct link to that, and not having it hosted on Wikipedia. Is anybody else with me on this? Khris.soden (talk) 21:13, 13 August 2010 (PDT)

Tyranny of the majority could theoretically relate to any locale. But the content of the article on this wiki looks as if was scraped from an earlier version of the Wikipedia article. Khris: Not quite following your comment (above). Do you think we should host a version of this article on PortlandWiki?
Sorry, I meant to write "PortlandWiki" instead of "Wikipedia". It seems like links to this subject would be better served by going straight to Wikipedia. There's a lot of redlinks in this article that don't seem like they would need Portland-specific pages.
I couldn't agree more that the PortlandWiki version of Tyranny of the majority is better expressed with its Wikipedia counterpart. Looks like the PortlandWiki version was started by Michael a couple of summers ago.
Michael, if you want to feature a PortlandWiki version of Tyranny of the majority, would you mind writing an article that more directly ties into how that kind of tyranny relates to what's going on here in P-town?
